We try to keep the delivery time as accurate as possible however this is only an estimated time and products can often arrive sooner than expected. Occasionally delays in delivery can occur, these are often beyond our control. If delivery is of the essence please contact us prior to ordering to let us know the importance and we will be able to advise you and make special notes against your order as required.

We use a number of delivery services depending on the nature of the products ordered. These can be either by our own vehicles, the manufacturer, carriers or the Royal mail. When ordering larger items such as log cabins consideration should be given to the size and weight of the building. Deliveries of buildings are to kerbside only unless otherwise agreed in advance. If you have restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering.

Please Note: There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. Please enquire when placing your order if this might apply to you.

Deliveries only occur during Monday - Friday. If you require weekend or out of hours delivery please contact us prior to placing your order.
