Delivery

Lugarde and Woodpro Deliveries: You receive a forecast delivery week, but the exact day is confirmed on the Friday before delivery (4-6 days notice).
Typical Delivery Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Time slots are AM or PM.
Absence During Delivery: You don’t need to be present. Drivers use a small forklift for offloading. Just ensure someone points out where the waterproof palleted package should go. The delivery team is usually very helpful.

Delivery Services: These could be our own vehicles, the manufacturer, carriers, or Royal Mail.
Log Houses and Larger Items: Delivered to kerbside unless pre-arranged otherwise. Consider the size and weight during ordering.
Restricted Access: Please inform us at the time of ordering if there are any access restrictions.

PAYMENT

Deposit: A 20% deposit is paid at the time of order.
Balance Payment: Due immediately when the delivery date is confirmed (usually 4-6 days before delivery). The payment must be received in the LA Lodges Ltd account prior to the building offload.
Foundation Preparation and Assembly: These are quoted and invoiced separately.
